One of our customers with a 3rd gen Chevy Silverado wanted to add a hidden 20 inch light bar to the front of his Silverado. The Aurora 20 inch NSSR series light bar was chosen because of its 30% reduction in width and low profile design. Because of the light bars reduce size, we were able to easily integrate this light bar behind the grill of the Chevy Silverado.
About the Aurora 20" NSSR Series Light Bar
With the profiles of vehicles changing our customers have requested slimmer light bars and slim light bars without the exterior sealing screws. This request prompted the Aurora engineers to collaborate with American engineers, and together they were able to create and patent the worlds slimmest light bar that features a one piece, screw-less design, the Aurora NSSR Series.
The Aurora NSSR 20 Inch LED light bar utilizes a combination beam pattern that produces 12,160 lumens. The patented, IP69 rated one piece design housing is constructed of high quality 6063 aluminum and then mated with UV & Scratch resistant GE Lexan lens.
