At Off Brand, we are just as impatient as you are, so we strive to get the product packaged, out the door and into your hands as fast as possible using the following four methodologies. 

  1. Shipping is 100% free on all orders! Unlike others, there is no minimum to buy, we want your business. Furthermore, we have developed strategic alliances which when coupled with the large volume of shipping we handle every year we are able to qualify for a unique shipping discount which we pass on to you, the consumer.

  2. All items are packaged and shipped out the same day when the order is placed during normal business hours. In order for your product to ship out on the same day you will need to have your order placed before 4 p.m EST as UPS picks up the packages at 4:30 p.m.

  3. At Off Brand, we strongly believe that communication is vital in keeping the customer happy. So Off Brand's commitment to you is providing clear and concise communication throughout your buying experience. You will receive a total of three e-mail correspondence from us starting with the initial order confirmation. That e-mail will be followed by an email confirming that the product has been shipped and will include the tracking number. Lastly, you will receive an email informing you that the product has been delivered.

  4. We utilizes UPS who naturally offers the fastest and most economical shipping methods. All Aurora items ship out of Allentown, Pennsylvania and will arrive at your doorstep in 1 to 5 days. Use the Map below to determine your shipping delivery date.

International Orders: International orders do not qualify for free shipping. If you are located outside of the United States and wish to get a shipping quote just follow the steps below to get shipping a quote:

  1. Add the item you are looking for to your cart

  2. Go to your cart

  3. Scroll down, and then you will see your available shipping options

You can also contact us via online chat or e-mail our support team at support@offbrandproducts.com. The customer is responsible for understanding and paying your their  countries tariff's and fee's if there are any.

For Canada customers its recommended that you utilize USPS as the shipper as UPS requires a high broker fee which you will be responsible for paying.

Other Items

 

Damaged Product: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product you will need to file a claim with the shipping company but you will also need to contact us so we can expedite the rectifying of the situation. This needs to be done within the first 24 hours of receiving the product to ensure a successfully claim submittal. 

 

Missing Product: If a product is confirmed to bed delivered and its determined that the package was stolen then a police report will need to be filed and emailed to us.

 

Delivery Signature: It is recommended that you utilizes the shipping companies "Signature for Delivery" services to prevent package theft. This can be added to any domestic order for an additional $4.95.
