Aurora R-Series 6-6 Quad LED Light SAE Compliant 6 Inch

This Aurora 6-inch LED light kit makes a great addition to any truck, SUV or ATV. Equipped with a combination beam this LED light kit produces a phenomenal 14,760 lumens. The IP69 rated housing is constructed of high quality 6063 aluminum and then mated with UV & Scratch resistant GE Lexan lens. To ensure an impenetrable seal the LED light bar is then sealed together with 316 stainless steel screws inserted every 1.5" of surface area which makes it durable enough for the most extreme off-road conditions.

This LED light is SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) approved which means the LED lights must be backed superior quality mandated by the SAE. The SAE certificate certifies that these Aurora LED lights are complaint for street use which makes it ideal for cruising those dark country roads. The SAE requirement also dictates that the LED high performance beam be precise and meet current North American SAE standards.

LED LIGHT TESTING

Salt & Fog Testing: This test subjects the LED Light Bar to a highly corrosive, saline-rich environment to ensure its coating remains intact against salt spray commonly used on roads during winter, thereby confirming its resistance to seawater corrosion.
Lens Impact Test: To simulate the impact of rocks or other debris, a 17-ounce iron ball is dropped from a height of 40 inches onto the light's lens.
Vibration Test: This test confirms that the LED Light Bar can securely stay attached to a vehicle under extreme driving conditions, such as trail riding, off-roading, and rock climbing.
UV Test: The LED Light Bar is exposed to a UV-emitting machine for two days, which replicates the effects of five years of continuous exposure to direct sunlight.
Temperature Test: The light bar is subjected to both high and low temperature extremes to ensure that the housing remains free from discoloration.
