We are 100% positive that you will absolutely love your product, we are so confident that we will offer you a full refund if you're not happy with your product. The 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is valid within 30 days of your products delivered date. To start the process, we will send you a free return label so you can ship the product back to us in the way you received it, which means any mounting hardware, bolts, stickers, cards and anything else received must be placed back into the box. Once the product is received it will be inspected to make sure all the pieces are there, and you will be issued a refund within 2 business days. LED Light Bar Covers:

Light bar covers are exempt from the return policy as light bar covers and pod covers are not returnable. These light bar covers are made exclusively for Aurora LED products ONLY, you assume the risk when you purchase the covers for a non-Aurora light bar.  

LED Light Bar Brackets:

Aurora Mounting Brackets are not returnable. Lexbern Mounting brackets are returnable but the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. It is a good idea to measure your mounting surface to confirm which size you need.

Aurora Cradle Brackets:

Light Bar Cradle Brackets are returnable but you will be charged for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. It is a good idea to measure your mounting surface to confirm which size you need.

Store Credit Program:

In the event you are not happy with your product and you want to try a different product, but you need some thinking time then you would be a perfect candidate for our Store Credit Program. When you utilize this program Off Brand will cover the cost of shipping the product you didn’t like and give you 30 days from the start of the claims process to decide on the new product you want. Special Order Products:

Off Brand does allow for the returning of special ordered or custom-built products, however, please note that there is a 20% restocking fee that will be assessed.
